These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Microgreens Pro + AutoPilot (the "Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Every sign-up — trial or paid — is reviewed and approved by us personally before dashboard access is granted. We may decline a sign-up at our discretion.
Approved trial accounts receive full feature access for 30 days at no cost, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you may contact us to move to a paid plan; your data is preserved while you decide.
Paid plans are billed directly by us. We do not store payment card details on this website, and we do not auto-charge — billing terms are agreed with you directly before activation.
You own the operational data you enter into your account (crops, orders, customers, etc.). We process it solely to operate the Service on your behalf, per our Privacy Policy.
Optional third-party integrations (weather, SMS, WhatsApp, facility controllers, etc.) are subject to those providers' own terms. You're responsible for any credentials you provide for integrations you enable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed — see the Changelog and Roadmap for what's coming.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive or unpaid past a reasonable grace period, with notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
